Which plan is right for you?
If you just want to see what ClawStart can do, start with the Free plan. You get 30 messages a month with GPT-5.4 and web chat. That is enough to poke around, test the agent, and decide if it fits how you work.
For daily use, the Starter plan at $10 a month gives you 500 messages with GPT-4o and adds Telegram. Most people who use their agent as a personal assistant end up here.
The Pro plan at $20 a month gives you 1,000 GPT-4o messages or 200 Opus/GPT-5.4 messages. You can also connect your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, or another provider. Messages sent through your own key do not count against the monthly limit.
Ultra ships with Opus or GPT-5.4 by default, the strongest reasoning models available. This makes the most sense for complex tasks like content creation with deep research or customer support where the agent needs to handle nuanced questions.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades kick in at the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of messages?
The agent stops responding until the next billing cycle begins. You will not be charged extra. If you need more messages right away, just upgrade to a higher plan.
What does 'bring your own API key' mean?
On Pro and Ultra you can plug in your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or other providers. That unlocks whatever models you have access to: GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek. Messages sent through your own key do not count toward the monthly limit, so the effective cap is much higher.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
No separate trial, but the Free plan lets you test everything except the Telegram integration. You get 30 messages a month to see how the agent works before committing to anything.
How does billing work?
Monthly billing. Cancel whenever you want, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
What's included on all plans?
Every plan gets a dedicated container for your agent, web chat access, built-in skills (web search, browser control, Gmail), and MCP server support for GitHub, Slack, and Notion. The differences between plans are message limits, Telegram access, and which models you can use.
