1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of ClawStart.io, operated by COMPUBYTE LIMITED, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ClawStart.
2. Description of Service
ClawStart is a hosting platform for AI agents built on the open-source OpenClaw framework. We provision isolated Docker containers, configure them with your chosen AI model, and give you access through a web chat interface or Telegram bot. We do not develop or train AI models ourselves.
3. Account Registration
You can register through the ClawStart website or our Telegram bot. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Plans and Billing
ClawStart offers a free plan and several paid plans billed monthly. Payments are processed through Stripe. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use ClawStart for lawful purposes only. You may not use the service to generate spam, distribute malware, harass others, engage in fraud, violate intellectual property rights, or perform any activity that is illegal under applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you create using your AI agent belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your conversations, files, or outputs generated by your agent. The ClawStart platform, its code, design, and branding remain our intellectual property.
7. Third-Party Services
ClawStart connects to third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others) and payment processors (Stripe). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
8. Service Availability
We do our best to keep ClawStart running around the clock, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, COMPUBYTE LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your agent container and associated data will be deleted. Data deletion follows our retention policy described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify users by email or through the platform.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ClawStart will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
